Easy Preparation and Setup
(Pre-Pickup)
Step 1: Involve Let your IT Team know you’d like to retire your company’s unneeded technology.
Step 2: Inform Share with stakeholders that all necessary services are included to ensure InfoSec and environmental compliance are met.*
Step 3: Initiate To maximize your credit return, talk to a Mango Staff member about your specific situation. They will guide you on tips to smoothly kick off your program and maximize your return.

Pickup or Ship In
Step 4: Pickup Mango provides either self-service freight and shipping options or white glove onsite decommissioning, sorting, and pickup services.
Step 5: Process Once the equipment reaches our processing center, you will receive inventory records, data wiping certifications, and impact metrics related to each serial number retired with us. We also provide R2 landfill diversion metrics for all related e-waste.
Step 6: Payout You receive credit from all market-relevant equipment! The credit is calculated by the value of your equipment after the cost of logistics and safe e-waste disposal is subtracted. You will receive your credit either as a check, a discount on future service requests, or you can make a tax-deductible donation to a not-for-profit of your choice.
